We deliver only what is required and in a way which is conducive to the job-seeker’s learning style and emotional state. Some job-seekers have a crisis of confidence and prefer to be walked through every step of their personal rebranding, while others want to cut to the chase and get cracking on their new job search. Some need technicalities of job-seeking while others need additional emotional support. One size does NOT fit all! We accommodate that.

 

Outplacement involving a series of meetings spread over 6 to 12 months is ridiculous! Perhaps those providers don't actually want to complete delivery? In contrast, we want all job-seekers to get the full offering as opposed to abandoning it if they land a job. Why? Because this training will be valuable to them in subsequent job searches.

We move at the job-seeker's pace but encourage them to move quickly, to build momentum, which helps with their motivation.

 

PimmCo are about equipping job-seekers with competitive advantage and regaining a sense of control and confidence.

If a job-seeker has relevant skills in today’s market, then there are employers out there right now trying to find them.

So this is just a communication gap.

Granted emotions come in to play, which stem from fear, but these fears dissipate if we accept that this communication gap can be bridged with modern training and coaching techniques. They dissipate even more as we commence the process of personal rebranding and revealing tools and techniques that create competitive advantage for the modern job-seeker. Understanding the problem breaks down the problem, which reduces its power to stifle the job-seeker.


We aim to rid job-seekers of their anxiety, boost their confidence and massively enhance their skill at finding meaningful work.
