For the purposes of this Privacy Policy and all related matters, please contact Richard Pimm, Founding Director of PimmCo.

I think GDPR is a good thing and this Privacy Policy should reassure you that we at PimmCo take GDPR very seriously.
-    We endeavour to collect and process data in a fair, legal, and transparent way. It will not be used in any way that a person would not reasonably expect.
-    Personal data will only be collected to fulfil a specific purpose and not further used in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. We will specify why we need personal data at the point of collection.
-    Personal data held will be kept up-to-date and accurate. It will be held no longer than necessary to fulfil its purpose.
-    EU citizens have the right to access their own personal data. Should you wish to exercise this right and learn of any of your personal data held by PimmCo, please request such by emailing our Data Protection Officer – Richard Pimm via rjpimm@pimmco.co.uk
-    PimmCo subscribers by their actions, chose to subscribe, to get access to our free stuff and to be informed of discounts and offers and the like. We therefore don’t need to delete our pre-25th May 2018 database of subscribers.
-    PimmCo customers provide payment details to make purchases. This information is accessible to us but is stored within the systems of our chosen payment providers – Barclays Bank, PayPal and Stripe.
-    Other personal data accessible by us is stored within the systems of our Social Media Platform providers. All such data is in the public domain or volunteered to us for the purposes of ongoing communication.
-    We use a variety of reputable hardware and software providers to ensure our systems are secure and your data, safe.
