They get quality job-seeking advice and assistance, we expand our business, and you get better PR and an improved chance of winning them as future clients, and perhaps additional revenue streams by way of affiliate commissions. This should be especially attractive to the freelance or smaller recruitment firms because you'll make money on assignments where you submit candidates but lose out to the competition.

  • Pre-screening your applicants and providing your long-list of candidates (from which you pick your shortlist).

  • Coach your ex-clients or best contacts to get them back into work sooner increasing the chances of them becoming a client once again.
