By offering resourcing services completely free of charge, and unusually low-cost recruitment services for select senior UK-based permanent vacancies. How can we do that? Because it feeds traffic to our core service - Career Coaching for executives and professionals.

Like I said above: because it feeds traffic to our core service - Executive Job-Seeker Coaching. The unsuccessful applicants aren't of much value to you; they are to us.

Our longlisting is free whereas our shortlisting will incur a fee - albeit significantly lower than traditional recruitment fees.

Let me assure you, the quality of our long and short-listing is our priority; there will never be a hard-sell to job-seekers for our additional services. Rather, they will be informed of them and offered free advice in the first instance. Indeed, such advice may well help them prepare properly for your role.

PimmCo respects job-seekers who are being denied such by today's automated depersonalising tools and techniques used my most of the recruitment companies these days. We are about quality, not quantity; and we keep it personal.
